By creating an account or using RADD Ai you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must sign in to use the workspace. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Plans, tokens and billing
- Plans include a monthly token allowance. Unused monthly tokens do not roll over.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) by default and in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, including GST, may be added.
- Top-up packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
- We may update prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
- No attempts to bypass limits, attack the service, or resell access without permission.
4. AI output
You own the outputs generated for you, subject to applicable law. AI output can be inaccurate — review it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical or financial decisions.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model availability may change.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
